FEES Certified Payment charges customers a fee of 2.35% of the payment amount for this service. The minimum fee is $2.00 per transaction. Electronic check fee is $0.50. These fees do not benefit Kendall Appraisal District. Fees are paid to Certified Payments for processing and providing security for your payments. We negotiate frequently to have the lowest possible fees and although we know an additional fee is unwelcome, it does benefit those who choose or need to pay by credit card. Payments will be posted in the Kendall Appraisal District’s office by the end of the next business day.
